Queso Dip
Cheese in any form is a real crowd pleaser but when you spice it up, melt it and serve it hot you get a feeding frenzy.
This is more of a Fakeso than a true queso but it does the job.
1/2 a block 2% Velveeta cut into 1 inch chunks
2 inch chunk of Cabot Habanero Cheddar cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 salsa
chicken stock
In a sauce pan over medium heat add cheeses and salsa and heat until melted, stir often to avoid scorching. If too thick add chicken stock. Pour into a bowl and serve with piles of corn chips.
